Where can I park/Do you have valet?

- We have valet parking for home Blackhawks and Bulls games as well as United Center CONCERTS. We also offer valet for special events at the bar and by requests for parties. If you’re having a large group at The Ogden we can arrange to have valet service. Valet prices range $10-$15 depending on the event. There’s also free street parking all around on Ogden, Adams and Monroe.

Can I leave my car with valet while I go to the Blackhawks/Bulls game or Concert?

- Yes, absolutely! Leave your car with valet for the duration of the event. No matter if you’re going to the United Center or watching the game with us, you can leave your car with valet the entire time for the same price. Valet will stay open until everyone has picked up their cars even if it’s double, triple or quadruple overtime.

Do you guys have a lot of TV’s?

- Yes, we have huge 70” TV’s spanning the entire bar as well as personal TV’s in each and every booth.

Do I need reservations?

- Reservations are not required and we generally save 50% of the tables for walk-in groups. We DO however recommend reservations on event days so why not, they’re free to make HERE!

Do you have the NFL Sunday Ticket?

- Yes, we have the NFL Sunday Ticket, NHL Center Ice, MLB Extra Innings, NBA League Pass, B1G Ten Network, SEC Package, Showtime Boxing Series, HBO Boxing package, ESPN, ESPN 2, ESPN U, ESPN Full Court, ESPN Game Plan etc… Yeah, our cable bill is really big! We also get most all of the PPV Boxing and UFC events. We have Direct TV satellite boxes and Comcast cable backup boxes in case of bad weather or outages.

How old do you have to be to come into The Ogden? Do you allow kids?

- Before 10pm we allow kids under 21 with a parent or guardian. After 10pm we ask that the youngsters stay at home. Note, on event days it’s a very loud and crowded environment so plan accordingly. Make a note in your reservation of your youngsters and we’ll do our best to get you in the most accommodating area available. Kids under 21 are not allowed in with friends, parent or guardian only.

I tried to make a reservation online but it says: “No tables are available within 2.5 hours of your request.”?

- We only accept a set amount of reservations and save the rest for walk-in’s. Check back through out the week as cancellations often free up tables. If all else fails, show up early for a walk-in table or seats at the bar.

How early should I arrive for a walk-in table?

- The earlier you come the better your chances but 2-3 hours prior is recommended for the best chance at a walk-in table.

I have a large party 10+ and it won’t let me make a reservation?

- We do not accept ONLINE reservations for parties of 10+ please give us a call at 312.226.1888 or email [email protected]. We’d be more than happy to accommodate your party and we want to make sure we’re prepared when you come in.

Do you have WIFI?

- Yes, we have a free public WIFI network that does not require a password

Do you have an ATM?

- Yes, we have an ATM located by the downstairs bathrooms

I just bought tickets last minute and need to print them out, what should I do?

- No problem, email them to us at [email protected] and we’ll have them printed out and waiting for you. Promise we won’t just take them and go to the game!
