2018-2019 Event Information and Packages

private-events-at-the-ogdenWe can provide music and video for your event, custom food and drink packages, decor for birthdays, anniversaries, charity events-we’ll do everything in our power to make sure your event is perfect. Food packages range from small passed appetizers, to salads, to flat bread pizzas and wings.

Food and drink packages are available in two and three hour time slots and include draft beer, house wines and a choice from call to premium liquor. Take a look at our food and drink packages and tell us what you think. We’re flexible to work with you on a package that fits your event!

Events held at The Ogden:

  • Fundraiser party for Alderman Jason Ervin of Chicago’s 28th ward. Semi private, valet, private security passed hors dourves, premium food package, premium bar package.
  • Restaurant buy out for HBO Now launch party with 200 guests, closed to the public.
  • Retirement party for the Cook County State’s Attorney’s office. 200 guests, fully private/closed to the public, black linen, valet, heavy hors d’oeuvres and dinner, private security provided by The Ogden, full use of A/V equipment including wireless microphone and slideshow presentations on all TV’s.
  • Rehearsal dinner for 60 guests in a semi private space, full dinner buffet and drink package, decorations, champagne toast, full mimosa bar with fresh juices.
  • NBC Chicago semi-private event, group of 30 executives, pre-game reception before all of the Stanley Cup Final home games. Dedicated server, pre-ordered food, open tab, reserved VIP area.
  • Live remote radio show for Tito’s Handmade Vodka featuring 670 The Score radio. Installed private telephone and dedicated Ethernet lines for the broadcast.
  • 200 person company holiday party for Vivid Seats with a full food and drink package. Coat check, valet, DJ, private security slideshow presentation, microphone announcements, raffle.
  • Fundraiser party for Alderman George Cardenas of Chicago’s 12th ward. Semi private, valet, private security passed hors dourves, premium food package, premium bar package.
  • Pre-Game party for HP Corporation group of 25 with semi-private space before a Blackhawks game. Food package and open bar.
  • Sales staff party for Pure Metal Recycling, black table cloth, flowers, candles, premium food, premium open bar, valet, coat check, fully private, closed to the public for 175 guests.
  • Dinner party for Redline Tickets staff and elite customers. Semi-private for 25 guests open bar and full menu.
  • Catered off site lunch for RP Active Sports during a winter sales seminar. Delivered food for 30 including all set up and break down.
  • Fully Private annual event for a Chicago Police Department unit Holiday/Retirement party including a retirement ceremony and silent auction. Valet, coat check, slide show, microphone announcements, custom drink menu, private security. 125ppl
  • Closed to the public for a private photo shoot with The Chicago Blackhawks for the Bryan & Amanda Bickell Foundation’s annual “Bick’s Pitts” calendar.
  • Multiple events for elite customers of Access VIP Sports utilizing semi private areas before Chicago Bulls and Chicago Blackhawks home games. Events range from 15-75ppl
  • Fully private fundraiser for LAF Young Professionals featuring a wine auction, passed hors dourves, dinner, raffle, and drinks. 200ppl
  • Work party for 60 CPS employees with DJ and bar package.
  • Weekly 30 person social for Cook County medical group with light appetizers and one drink ticket.
  • 8th birthday party with an indoor bounce house, balloon artist, cake, full food buffet, balloons, and more. 125ppl
  • End of busy season party for PWC group of 50. Pre-Blackhawks food and drink package in semi private area with dedicated server and full access to pool table on game day.
  • Wrap party for The Big Ten Network executives, staff, camera crew etc… fully private, food and drink package. 200ppl
  • VIP reception for PepsiCo/US Foods employees and customers before a Blackhawks game. Specific food and beverage requests accommodated. 25ppl
  • 30th birthday celebration for 15-20 people with reserved tables and a bar tab.

  • Culinary Fight Club event featuring a cook off between six of Chicago’s top chefs. Charity event with a hosted bar, judges from The Food Network, television and radio personalities.
  • Official pre-game party for The University of Illinois featuring The Marching Illini, The Chiefs (alumni marching band), hosted by The Chicago Illini Club.
  • Filmed a segment on Chicago’s Best as Chicago’s Best gameday spot to go before a Bulls game.
